A native of Sturgis, KY, Dr. Kaley Chatham graduated from Centre College with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry.
Dr. Chatham completed externships at the Birmingham VA Medical Center as well as in private practice and a nursing home eye care practice. She holds an expanded therapeutic procedures license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Dr. Chatham enjoys seeing patients of all ages and is excited to serve her hometown community. She resides in Union County, KY, with her husband, Travis, and two children, Kaleb and Zemma.
