C. Mark Millsap, M.D. received his B.S. from East Central University, Oklahoma, and his Master’s Degree and Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma. After internship training at the University of Oklahoma, he completed residency training at Texas A & M and a Vitreoretinal Fellowship in New Orleans at Louisiana State University. He was certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1994.
